GrappleSock Shipping and Refund Policy

Based on availability of the product, your ordered will be processed for delivery within 7 to 10 days.

This product is guaranteed to be free of defect in its workmanship. If upon delivery the product is damaged, please notify support@grapplesock.com where we will immediately arrange for an exchange.  We must be advised within 30 days of delivery.  No credits or cash refunds will be issued once the product is worn during physical activity.

We genuinely care about our customers and the quality of our product.  Any product defect should be brought to our attention via email at support@grapplesock.com and someone will contact you shortly in an attempt to resolve the issue.  Please keep in mind product wear and tear over time is inherent and to be expected.
